CELLUREON EV+

Concentrated MSC-Derived Secretome

Description:

Cellureon EV+ is a cell-free biologic formulation composed of the complete secretome of human Wharton’s Jelly–derived mesenchymal stem cells (WJ-MSCs). This includes soluble proteins, cytokines, chemokines, growth factors, and extracellular vesicles (EVs), providing broad-spectrum therapeutic potential for regenerative, immunomodulatory, and anti-inflammatory applications.

Mechanism of Action:

  • Paracrine signaling: Modulates nearby cell behavior without the presence of living cells
     
  • Immune modulation: Inhibits pro-inflammatory cytokines (e.g., TNF-α, IL-1β)
     
  • Tissue repair: Stimulates fibroblasts, angiogenesis, ECM remodeling
     
  • Oxidative protection: Reduces ROS and cellular apoptosis under stress conditions
